doodlewear 'Proud Kereru' (2020) art print 100% cotton cushion covers by Wellington-based artist Maria Elizabeth. This square throw pillow cover features an art print of a hand-drawn black and white illustration in ink pen of a New Zealand native Kereru also known as a New Zealand Pigeon. The artist has digitally signed this artwork.
"I created this hand-drawn native Kereru based on my own photography taken at Zealandia in Wellington. I figured an iconic bird like this deserved a strong powerful perspective as portrayed in this illustration."

Art placement: on the front of the cushion cover only.
Fabric: 100% cotton cushion cover for indoor use only.
Zipper:Hidden zip along the base of the cushion cover. Please note that the close-up photo shows a white cushion cover with the zipper for illustrative purposes.
Cushion cover care instructions: To protect the print, cold wash only and cool iron if necessary. Do not tumble dry. Being 100% cotton, this product will shrink slightly in the wash.
