doodlewear 'Penguins on the Rocks' (August 2022) penguin tea towel by Wellington-based artist Maria Elizabeth. These decorative tea towels feature an art print of a hand-drawn black and white illustration in ink pen on on hot pressed watercolour paper of New Zealand Little Blue Penguin couple also known as Kororā. The artist has digitally signed this artwork. This NZ decorative tea towel will add style to your kitchen's decor.

"I’ve wanted to illustrate little blue penguins for sometime. The opportunity to photograph them arose when my family visited the Christchurch Antarctic Centre. The “Behind the scenes penguin tour” was an opportunity too good to pass up and was not only informative but also allowed an up-close encounter with these beautiful marine birds."
